Before we start, you should note that these Youtube channels I’ve picked are my opinion only. I have no affiliation with these Youtubers, but I have been watching their content for a long time and I stand by their methods.

If you do not agree with some things that these fitness experts say, that is your opinion. This is simply to share a few new channels that you might find helpful on your workout and fitness journey.

With that being said, let’s dive in!


ATHLEAN-X, the Youtube channel run by Jeff Cavaliere, is one of the best workout Youtube channels out there with over 10 million subscribers!

Jeff explains every little thing he does in great detail. He explains the science behind every lift, how to use certain muscle groups to your advantage, and how to workout based on your own preferences!

Steve Cook

Steve Cook just may be the most attractive man you’ll ever see. His physique is all natural (like the rest of the list) and shows you how to workout the same way he does.

A lot of his content is extremely entertaining because he brings on other fitness Youtubers, travels around the world, and is exceptional at making a bodybuilding workout feel motivating.
