At the end of the day, do what feels right for you!

Is It Normal for Teenage Boys to Shave Their Legs?

It’s very uncommon and is still seen as irregular, but the number of teenage boys who do shave their legs is increasing.

Most guys that shave are doing it for the purpose of sports.

These certain athletic sports include:

  • Swimming
  • Cycling
  • Running
  • Water polo
  • Soccer

If you’re on one of these sports teams in high school or college, you might want to consider shaving your legs as a teenage guy.

Where Should I Shave My Legs From?

Most teenage guys pick up from where they left off when manscaping.

It’s easiest to shave your legs while also shaving your nether regions since you can connect all of the shaving in one go.

What Do I Use To Shave My Legs as a Teen Guy?

Having the right tools for the job is always important for safe shaving and avoiding razor burn.

Basic men’s razor blades will ensure a smooth shave. Be sure to switch them out often to avoid a dull razor on your legs.

Use short strokes when shaving your leg hair. Long strokes will almost guarantee a few missed hairs along the way.

However, there is one more alternative to using razors…

Alternatives to Shaving Your Legs

If you still want to remove your leg hair, but don’t want to shave completely down to your skin, try using a trimmer.

A trimmer will cut down the hairs very short while still making the hairs noticeable enough to look masculine.

Plus, you’ll be able to shave much faster and safer because you’re not coming in direct contact with the skin.

This was my preferred way to shave my legs and nobody ever questioned me, made fun of me, or thought it was weird.

If you’re on the fence about shaving, just trim. You’ll be so happy you did!
